By engaging Devlyn for design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services & Engagement Models
Devlyn offers design services through project-based and retainer-based engagements. The scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms for each engagement will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the start of any work.
We reserve the right to refine or update service offerings with prior notice.
Payment and Billing
Payments are invoiced as per the agreed proposal or contract. Depending on the engagement, this may include advance payments, milestone-based payments, or periodic retainers.
You authorize Devlyn to invoice you using the agreed payment method. Any changes to billing information must be communicated promptly.
Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
Payments already made for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable. Any outstanding work or obligations at the time of termination will be handled as per the agreed engagement terms.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and final delivery, ownership of the approved design deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Devlyn retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless a prior confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Confidentiality
Devlyn respects the confidentiality of all client projects. We will not disclose or share confidential information, project details, or design concepts with third parties without explicit client consent, except where required by law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and required materials to ensure smooth project execution. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Devlyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Devlyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms of Service, engages in unlawful activity, or behaves in a manner that disrupts collaboration or project progress.
